    Default E-cig

I have no clue about these but my mrs wants to try one. She currently only has about half a menthol 4 or 5 times a day so not a heavy smoker! She seems to think you can get them nicotine free and would like a good one as she is unsure on the safety of them. Can anyone recommend a suitable one please? Thanks

My mrs gave up after smoking for 30+ years using a VapourLite from amazon and the nicotine free refills. After about 4 months she didn't even need it. She has been fag free for about 18 months. good luck.

    Thanks to cbenn

    yeah, totally agree.
i started on an ego starter kit about 18 months ago - now moved to a joyetech EVIC, rebuild my own attys and make my own juice (also sell juice to work collegues) - in fact everyone at work has now gone over to e-cigs.
no-one wants to give up smoking at work and yet every one is on e-cigs and havent touched a real cig for months now.

i didnt want to stop smoking, i just couldnt afford it any more - i could start cutting down the NIC content and wean myself off them altogether but TBH i dont want to, it costs maybe a pound or two a week for all my consumables + juice and im actually smoking more now that before (as i can smoke inside while working now)

EDIT: start with a fairly high nic content and work down over a few weeks - you will find the right stength eventually, many that fail with e-cigs simply use too weak mixtures and dont feel they help and so give up on them.
also, i absolutly hate the tobacco mixes - they taste awefull and to me, i use menthol and mint mixes mostly but occasionally i make up some cola cube which is nice for a change and i really like to puff away on chocolate orange after a nice meal

its a bit weak but still chills you out + it doesnt reek of weed when being used

nic levels go from 0mg (no nicotine, just base liquid with flavorings) right up to really silly levels!

when i buy my juice components i buy 250ml bottles of 72mg unflavoured nic solution - its really nasty stuff, i generally end up with 12 - 14mg juices as thats what most people want at work.
i keep it locked up in a safe and always use disposable gloves when mixing up a batch of juice.
