It is the tip of a iceberg and the providers are on the case to shut the door for good

I'll be glad when SKY shut the door. Too many morons (see link in opening post) are trying to get rich from it.

The end user only see's a cheap deal but the providers are raking it in and its the legit payers and companies that will suffer for it.

And people will say good I'm glad Sky, virgin and BT are getting screwed but in the end they always win and good on them.

Problem you have as a outsider (an illegal thief of broadcasters rights) is that your an end user and me being an insider knows what's up and coming and things are afoot my friend.

So enjoy it while it lasts.

    I don't watch broadcast TV.

I download what I want to see or watch stuff on catchup. For football I would rather go out, as I find watching a game on your own a bit sad.

Personally I can see more and more people adopting my attitude in the future. Broadcasters will be fucked then. Personally I think they all need to move with the times a bit more and offer more comprehensive packages. Make all sports PPV, so you pay a fiver a time to watch whatever game you want, almost whenever you want.

I cancelled my Sky TV today due to whats available at the moment. To be honest even when that loophole is closed I doubt I will sign up again. 90% of the stuff I watch is on my media centre and the other 10% is live football/F1 which can be watched through other means.

Exactly same here... cancelled any subs I had when I got fed up of constant repeats and 100s of channels with absolutely fuck all worth watching.
Download probably over 90% of what I view its only the young un that watches a bit of CBeebies or whatever

I think your right that they will all be fucked at some point they deffo need to look at new ways to keep people..

Sometimes I wonder if Realist is just here to spy on sections and promote $ky I don't have sat and nor have I ever had sat, I watch everything online, so this topic doesn't affect me one iota but time after time I see posts from Realist condemning people and practices posted on here. You seem to have a 'them and us' attitude against the majority on here, very strange.

No its not strange at all M8 its simple maths.

    1) I work for Sky.
    2) I'm trying my best to protect my job and put food on the table.
    3) If people steal from companies as above soon the companies would go tits up and then you lot will complain now't to watch or to steal, moan at or bleat about.
    4) What ever you lot get up to has now't to do with me I don't care to be honest.
    5) Card sharing is yes on the way up but its now being investigated big time and trust me when sellers says they are only after the big guys the providers your much mistaken.
    6) I feel sorry for the legit buyers of anything that's being copied/stolen received illegally they pay for it in the end via higher subs.
    7) Why should someone gain from financially someone's/companies hard work and in Sky's case 25 years of hard work via illegal means.

What ever anyone else done has nothing at all to do with me but trust me when I say they are watching and they are and it will all come to end one day, when I don't know.

I don't get it Realist. You were once a decent member on here and before that on satkings. Yes you had the hump a while back and left...but you came back so are you part of the community or not....I have always felt that we are a community. If you know that we are all due to get bills from your employers then it would be "nice" to get a heads up. Or are you still so bitter from the "argument" on here which was a while back now that you are just waiting in the wings until everyone on here suffers in some way or other.
Now as far as CS goes yes there is easy ways your employer could get every single end user....all they need is court orders to force the internet providers to reveal owners of the ip addresses that they have harvested from infiltrating large commercial servers ect. I would imagine that would be the only way that an end user could be in trouble really. But if you know different then why not man up and inform us ? BTW do you have any of these £25 codes....lol (Just a joke btw)

I have had no dealings with Satkings other than a avid satellite user and that my friend was well over 10 plus years ago so please get your facts right.

Problem with people that steal, bleat, moan all day is they live in a none reality world and think what they are doing is great, fantastic because they get something cheap off a back of a lorry but in reality its the people that pay for said items legit pay over the top because of thief's.

typical example is insurance crash for cash and people complain why they pay over the top for insurance.
