Anyone familre with Google Drive?

I am moving files using this as I am about to leave this job.

It appeared I had a load of duplicates. I simply deleted them all and started again.

Now I refresh, my online window shows these again. But my google drive on the PC shows the very new set I am uploading.

I cant find an answer online. But do these exist, are they gone or what. Its annoying!
