I enjoy it but am doing a bit of everything within the trade installation and maintance. Relly like fault finding as I get alot of satisfaction out of fixing things. Site installation work can be fickle as there is a hire and fire mentality where they hire alot of workers in for long hours for a short time then let them all go as job comes to a finish.
There are 3 types of people in the world - those who make things happen, those who watch things happen; and those who wondered what happened.

Drug regulatory affairs. Basically my job involves getting my company's new drug past all the regulatory hurdles at the health authorities and then managing the licence once it's on the market. In one of the most highly regulated industries on the planet, my job is half scientist and half lawyer. I have about 10 years experience and am still learning new things every day.
Switzerland is just where I've chosen to base myself, there are Pharma companies all over the world but Switzerland is great because it's a clean, safe, beautiful country with high salaries, low taxes and a good mix of cultures.

Electrician. Money is no where near what it used to be. Trades in general have/are being dumbed down...the electrical trade reflects this more than most with "Train to be an electrician in 8 weeks" types of courses open to all. You can't learn even the basics in 8 weeks....but this is one of the ways where the trades are being dumbed down and pay rates reflect this. My advice to anyone wanting to be an electrician is 1. If young enough go for a FULL apprenticeship or 2. If older do a full length college course then get a couple of years experience as a mate (Electricians helper/laborer). Also be prepared for long hours when qualified as well as an average wage of about £25k...Many earn more and many more earn less. I have recently seen joke adverts looking for fully qualified electricians for.....£10 per hour ffs. I used to pay my laborer more than that. So don't believe the hype that all electricians earn £50k + per year. Best go as a gas safe engineer if its cash your after lol.
Sorry for mini rant lol - I don't do too bad at what I do....But then again I have 20+ years experience and also a "proper apprenticeship which enables me to do work that the 8 week wonders can not lol. BTW I am just part time self employed these days.....slowing down in my elder years haha.

QA Manager for an engineering firm in pretty much any material - old bakelite-type materials, plastics right thru' to specialist steels etc. Also do repairs on railway kit, both on the train and trackside. Also handle the IT systems internally, Autocad and programming the ancient computer system we have that runs the majority of the day-to-day processing of the business.
Started on the machines and progressed from there to inspection and QA via buying, quoting and so on. Left in 2002 but went back 'cos I couldn't find anything else at the time.
Suppose I'm classed as one of those jack-of-all-trades bods.
