As per the title, the little puppy was somehow left alone long enough to chew through the in-laws laptop cable. I have been sent the pics, could someone link to a replacement please (for the cable, not the puppy!)
Ta!

Whats the end that plugs into the laptop look like, whats the Laptop model as I think this is a replacement as it is and is just a standard 19v lappy charger, its the plug that goes into the lappy that will determine what replacement to get.
I would just get one off ebay pretty cheap for a non-genuine replacement but I would get one of the ones that has the 2 years guarantee with it ;-)

Does that help? (I know feck all about laptop chargers!)
hmmm looks like the old HP style laptop charger, can you get make/model to be on safe side. As say replacement are about a tenner off ebay and had loads in past with no issues.

Ta for looking - problem is I am 200 miles away and inlaws haven't got a clue when I asked for the make and model I'll see what I can do.

Hey Ged,
Thanks for that - I'm hovering over the buy it now button; that one will definitely fit? Like I say 200 miles away and not home for 2 weeks so am not there to sort any issues for the father in law!!!
Ta!
There's plenty of cheap and dangerous psu's on eBay so beware, in regards to the guarantee...... your buying off eBay so chances are the guarantees worth as much as the psu itself.....not much.
Either buy a decent psu from a known company or repair the wire yourself if your able to.
I'm only saying this as the cheap psu I got from eBay was cheap for the same reasons and was getting way too hot for my liking.

Your lucky it was only the laptop charger.
My 'f*cking' puppy just chewed the dock connector on my £400 Bowers and wilkins Zeppelin mini. grrrr.

Probably too late by now, but personally, I'd have gone for this one. It's an exact match of the one you posted above -

Yup, just noticed you bought it 5 mins ago.
Like Rhinoz rightly mentions, NEVER buy a cheap knock off laptop charger unless you want to kill it completely. I've seen those things implode, explode and melt!
