Went through setup and got to Stage 2 (check Satellite signal and it fails - No Signal). Returned it to Humax Direct for a replacement. Great.
Connected the replacement today... its doing exactly the same thing.
Surely 2 brand new systems would not do exactly the same thing? Am I missing something?
Feels to me like this is not the case -
Plugging in a mates older Foxsat-HDR works perfectly and the signal is at 85% so it cannot be the dish.These products are either older models we are clearing from stock, or "Grade A". Grade A's are predominantly store returns that have been tested and where appropriate repaired to an "as new" standard in our factory. They come fully boxed with all accessories and full instructions and are all backed up by a complete 1 year on site warranty.
Phoning Humax is annoying because they treat you like a 5 year old (Have you powered it off/Have you factory reset the box, etc, etc).
