They are changing lots of frequencies a rescan of the channels and re running of the auto bouquets that you use should sort the issues.
some get away with just a bouquet update.
You might need to be an update to your satelite.xml
lots of forums have some people overreacting but for now it's just the odd change.
quite strange
sky sport 1 for example -
dreambox 800hd, fine,
dreambox 500 - no lock on transponder
transferred/converted enigma 2 bouquets over to enigma1, same issues
then did a full satellite scan thenstarted working with the converted bouquets
noticed a slight change in the frequency ( i think)
Just when you think it's gone all quiet...
A few of the big forums are reporting Sly HD channels are open using a modified version of OSCAM. Still yet to see any real proof but i guess it keeps the rumour mill going.
Sky News HD also bit the dust today...

BUMP,
anyone heard any news on Italy, apparently they changed the caids and have blocked all Italian CS and Germany to be done by Jan
so this really could be end of it all for the UK CS scence for SD now
When HD left, I quit CS. I still have a box at my dad's. Useful for Champions League and Setanta 3pms. But otherwise it's pants.
IPTV is getting bettter and cheaper.
I thought that there had been raids in Italy on the guys that were "peers" doing Sky Italia, that was why so many lost there sky italia CS
Looks like a combination of both.
According to "Broadband TV News", raids took place last month:-

Have too gone down the IPTV route. I get HD and my sub is under £50 for the year. Yes it's not as reliable but it costs for the yeat less than it would cost 1 month off Sky.
No brainer. It is up most of the time and I get loads of US channels too (not that I watch them) they have multiple feeds for sports so if one Sky Sports channels goes you just click on another.

I also pay less than 50. It's been pretty stable so far and I get 900 channels. Some of the HD channels are spot on on a 48 inch screen. Some are not quite, notice the reduced bandwidth. It's not comparable to broadcast HD, but it's getting close. My biggest issue is my internet issues caused by interference from planes. I need to move my router into the middle of the house and abandon the BT homehubs. I can't even use homeplugs as due to the size of the house I have 3 electrical rings downstairs and they don't seem to work too well.
Anyone fancy messaging me a decent IPTV supplier, I've tried a few most seem to be a bit flakey.
Cheers merry Christmas

It's still not perfect, but definitely getting better. The key is having enough channels that if one goes down you have the same thing on a couple of other channels.
You guys got dedicated boxes, android, or u using something like Fire TV? I also would like to know a stable supplier. Thanks.
TAR seems to be a decent bloke!
I too am interested in reliable suppliers, and also for Plex if there are any.

Im subbed to a cracking plex server and pay £28 a year which gets me
4500 movies (90% HD)
Cinema releases updated daily
820 boxsets Netflix, prime and other channels, 32k episodes in total !
450 kids films
150 kids shows
9000 albums

Since getting it i've stopped downloading all together as his service is spot on IMO for the money . I can only get members a sub if i vouch for them but happy to recommend you for those that been on here for say 5+ years and we've interacted
