Just been in contact with my supplier... it is already sorted.
I have the HD channels back all working !!!
Don't wanna say too much just yet, but the fix involves a 9v battery !
Will keep you all posted

Also running an Amiko Triple hasn't skipped a beat. Also had a dm500c running flawlessly although its just lying in the cupboard since I got the Amiko.

Wow, I put the secret key in and even the SD channels have now magically become HD, in fact they are all now ultra HD!

I've got the key but can't enter it - usb keyboard doesn't work on my box and I can't get an on screen keyboard to work by typing keyboard<enter> like you would on a Windows system - how can I enter it?

Hold your nose, spin around three times, whilst jumping up and down..... worked for me.

Calm down
Having dabbled in satellite for a few years, I always knew the end was inevitable. I'm surprised so many people thought it was going to last, and are so disappointed that it appears to be ending. You've saved 1000s of £££. You had a good run. But Sky provided the product at a cost. If you want it, you paid. If you didn't, you didn't. There was a route in for free, which most exploited. Now SKY are looking to close it. Much like OnDigi or 1W or Sky Germany previously.
Personally.... I thought it was going to end last August.
If you got two months it paid for its self.
SD still works, if it's free then I'm happy for that compromise.
