DM800 Channels not tunable

Just plugged my DM800 back in after a few months of not using it and I've moved house. Now it seems some channels appear greyed out in my channel listings and I can't tune the box to them. This includes random ones such as BBC1 London, Sky One etc.

I've done a reset of the device and redone my bouquets and when scanning I don't get all the channels showing... only get about 290 ish

Any ideas?

That's a strange one. You've set up the tuner correctly? I think the setting is "simple" and obviously 28.2e. Try clear before scan. The way the channels are greyed out sounds like it's the same appearance when one channel is being recorded. I think you've got about the same amount of experience with the dm800 as I have.

Try another powers supply, had a customers in for repair after thinking it was the box it turned out the power supply wasn't kicking out the right voltage.

Dm800 tuners are wank I went through 3 of them on the same box . Easy replacing them can't remember what version is the best I think it's rev M.

Problem solved. It's an odd dual LNB and one of them will not switch to Vertical polarization :-\ Used the other one and it works fine. Integrates nicely with XBox OneGuide too

Dm800 tuners are wank I went through 3 of them on the same box . Easy replacing them can't remember what version is the best I think it's rev M.

Ha. I also went through 3. Rev M is the best... !
