Can you not get hold of Paul Malty.

He has more going on in his life than to justify waking him for some forum errors, besides which, I don't think I've seen the resource error since I closed the forum.

It's FAR more responsive since guest browsing was disabled. Haven't had a single error message in the last hour.

Forum is a lot faster yes but the recourses message I get from time to time, I think its due to the number of guests that are trying to hit he forum which are in my opinion fake/attack or what ever but the forum is deffo faster.

Just my son cos he's shit hot on this stuff and he says its a WGET attack so hope that helps.

I'm advised the server is just very busy at the moment.

The guests cannot view the threads as they are blocked.

The numbers are false and apparently caused when an error means a page is re requested and re sent.

The server is over busy that's all.

Its not the forum that's popular its a WGET hack that someone's running and hence resources being used up.
