If you're there towards the end of the month, the Vowney is released around the 25th I think

The Vowney Pro is the one I am after for myself.

2K screen with dual boot (Android + Windows 10).

    Thanks to crazyal

That's what I thought crazyal, but I am seeing conflicting information. Some say dual boot but the vast majority are saying it's not and you choose either Android or Windows model when you purchase. Sketchy info atm time will tell.

That was my general understanding as well, it's on or t'other, not a dual boot

It's hard to be certain because even on Elephone's site it is unclear primarily because it looks like they use Google translate for their site which leaves for tonnes of mistakes.
I know there are dual boot devices as I bought one for the Mrs. It's a phablet that boots Android 4.4/Windows 8.1 but does also double as a phone. Not elephone though it is a teclast but it shows they can if they want to?!?!

There will be 2 versions of the Vowney - I'm specifically interested in the Pro.

What's confusing most people though is they search for "Vowney" and it comes up with the standard model.

That p8000 looks like a nice phone. I'm currently using an old n95(shame) as my nexus 5 died.
I take it the phone can be wiped and untouched L installed

Unsure on that doughboy, before my daughter starts using it, I want to make sure no crap is on there so a nice, clean Lollipop would be nice.

Thats rough Clubber Lang, they've given you the runaround on this one. Still, their loss, no more business for them - you'll buy elsewhere from now on.

Funny how it goes with things. The N95 was once the dog's danglies of mobiles....but now it's a shameful backup phone

Funny enough I was talking about my old Silver N95 yesterday - the camera blew me away on that phone - 5MP + Carl Zeiss optics. Superb. I loved that solid, slidy action on the front piece.

It is still boxed somewhere and in minty mint condition - could be worth something in about 100 years time!

New update for the P7000 came up today. Updates seem to be more or less monthly so far.

Anyone used a Satnav on their P7000 or P8000, I have tried to use one on my P6000 and the GPS is shit keep losing position and you end not being able to even see the route because the satnav thinks you are way of the road(tried CoPilot and Navmii, both work fine on my iPhone 4s)

I presume so. It does a restart and there's a moving image of an android with a sort of rotating box thing. Afterwards it says system updated optimising apps and counts up to the total number of apps.

I've used my P7000 with Waze and it worked the same as my previous experience of it on iPhone.

Interesting. What version are you on with it at the moment then?
