Netflix Channel > Now TV

HI,

Got my own Plex server up and running and just ordered a NowTV box.. capable of loading plugins etc.

But i was just wondering if it is at all possible to sideload the netflix channel to the NOWtv rather than installing a plugin via plex?

the nowtv is simply just for bedroom viewing, but would like netflix channel

Only 1 side loading channel at a time on the nowtv box I think you'll find

To save some time: Netflix can't run on the NowTV box. I know a dude that knows the dude who built it. Different coding system or some sheyut.

Netflix plugin on Plex is a nightmare and regularly stops working. Try SS-Plex instead

I have no idea what you are talking about and do not condone the installation of SS-Plex, or any other channel from the Unsupported Appstore for that matter in any way.

We should all be ripped off equally and sign up for NetFlix's ropey offerings instead.

The Now TV box is a locked-down version of the Roku. I paid £45 for my Roku LT (from PC World of all places) and it's been golden.

I have both Roku and now tv boxes. Both are worth their money for each task they have at home. I've got the now tv for plex stuff and the daughter's got the roku for Netflix first and plex stuff second.
Seem to remember reading the now tv boxes don't have the hard-coded bits for decrypting Netflix. Hence why they don't work natively.
