    I'm struggling to read the specs on the second picture. If the difference between the two prices is the 21.5" monitor, then the lower figure is the better option. You can buy a bigger and better branded monitor for the same money.

    As far as the gaming package goes, it all depends on what type of games you want to play and @ what quality level you want to play them. All integrated graphics struggle, for instance, with gpu intensive games like Metro Last light @ 1080p.

    If my budget was £250 for a gaming system I would seriously consider buying second hand - i.e., base & vga (quick search).

    Is the top one a good processor and is that a good gfx card I've been out the PC gaming scene since xp 😂

    yeah, the PC is ugly. I'd say the graphics card is mid range - very capable of 1080p in most games & infinitely quicker than the HD 8570D. The links were examples not necessarily recommendations. There are lots of similar & more powerful cards on fleabay in that price range.
