    Question drinking water app

Do any of you use an app to monitor water intake and set reminders to drink?
If so what do you use?

When you pee smells like sugar puffs your dehydrated.

You don't want to rely on an app.

I tend to go on the colour. When it looks like I'm pissing dark syrup I know I need a lot more water. When I'm pissing what looks like water, I'm probably on the beers.

Water your body is a great app. I think it's what our very own Raptor uses.

For me, that would be the results of approx 8-10 pints or more.

For me it typically gets paler with each pint until all colour disappears round about pint 8.

Activity tracking, water intake tracking, walking and jogging tracking applications are some of the most popular apps these days. They are your personal assistant to help you effectively deal with your health and fitness.
Healthcare technology has evolved over there years. The market is flooded with the wearable gadgets that assist you in getting your health goals achieved in a more convenient way. You are reminded for your workouts, you can check your heart rate, pulse rate on the go, you can track your steps and walk, you can track your daily health data which is accumulated by these devices.

BLE devices plays a major role in getting your health data captured by your device and transferring it your smartphone devices. Now you can have a daily or weekly history of your data organized on your palm. These applications play a major role in reading the data from the bluetooth profile from various devices collecting and organizing them into smartphone for your or your doctor's reference. This can also be synced to the server on a central database to be more organized and in shareable form.

Security is another aspect that needs to be taken care of while dealing with the integration of BLE heartrate, pulse rate monitor and similar type of devices.

We at Canopus deals with a lot of challenges like this and deals with a lot of different BLE healthcare devices and integrate them in the smartphone applications.
