We had a mexican night last night and I thought I would share this one.
It is so simple that anyone can do it!

Ingredients:

Frozen Sweetcorn (although tinned would do).
Butter
Chilli powder

That's it!

All you do is cook the sweetcorn and drain.
Add in the butter and give it a stir.
Add the Chilli powder (we used Chipolte), as much as you think you need and stir. Start off with a little and taste.

Comes out lovely, probably because of the Lurpack we used Went really well with the other main dishes we did.
