ok im upgrading my PC this week, going from 7 to 8.1 only if it will run my tv card & give me better frame rates on gtx 760 2gb, i was reading that i need pro windows 8 & add on pack, i use media centre on 7 while playing bf4 Dayz & other games and it works well
im i reading correct about the add on & pro?
can someone shine a light on the subject
