How are sellers hacking netflix accounts
I was browsing in another forum and noticed that a few sellers were selling hacked/cracked netflix accounts as well as many other types. My question is how are these guys doing this? I am not planning on actually doing it as I have access to everything that netflix and the like have to offer. I am just interested from a tinkering point of view i suppose lol.

Most likely a result of harvesting details from unprotected PCs. So long as the account holder doesn't realise and change their password you become one of the user's permitted devices.

They use a program that basically brute forces it. You load the program up with a stolen email and password combo list (usually taken from a hacked site).
You put key words into the program that only appears when successfully logged in, the program parses the email combo list, once a page is displayed that indicates a successful login the program saves the details for you to test.
I have the program and pre made scripts for many sites, Amazon, Netflix, spotify etc. Getting a fresh combo list is the hardest part. I can post details if it's allowed but I can't remember the name of the program at the moment.
I have had success when testing the program but mostly expired accounts that don't have an active subscription.

@Inspecta - Good info mate. Im not overly fussed about you uploading the program mate, Would not want to get anyone into any sh1t lol. I was just curious as to how it was done. I mean some of these guys are selling account for £12 per year with a "guarantee". As said I already have xbmc set up pretty well. I did see that they are also selling all sorts of other accounts like the amazon and spotify and all sorts of other web based service accounts even skype......I never realised that people traded in this stuff. It sounds like im wet behind the ears aswell but I know/knew all about the cs/cable/sat ect I just never really bothered looking at those sites that advertise the above as I have been "sorted" and stable for ages now....Oh well we learn something new every day lol.

Watch yourself, i checked a few sellers today and within a few minutes that ads were being terminated as unsold. Its being monitored.
Update: Its seems the ones that are being deleted are the feeder auctions that sell the big lists that others are using to resell single accounts on.

If you wanted a freebie, why not create one for yourself with multiple logins. Set the same rules as the freebies, (do not change anything/passwords etc). Sell for a few pound each to cover your costs.

Million of these for sale on cskings, was going to try Spotify one but in end used student discount , seller did say you can't change login details, I'd did wonder wether I would have someone else's music if you used one lol

Not sure what you mean there. I have dozens of playlists on Spotify and regularly 'follow' other people's playlists?

I presume he meant if you have a hacked account as then the original owner would see your playlists.

You can make play lists and the same with netflix. The only thing you can't do is change the password or email address.

I have access to one account that only has things in the recently watched etc that me and my kid have watched. Never anything the owner has watched.

I had one before and soon as i made play lists who ever had it noticed lol.

I have used a few of these accounts. Various different ones. Some have been running for over 12 months and only cost me a fiver.

I get the feeling that the hacked accounts are as lagigalo posted.....made with multi logins then sold as "hacked". A mixture of that and what inspecta posted.

Nah. They sell to several people until all the account logins are used.
The reason you can't create a playlist, is that the legitimate account holder can see the playlist. Realises someone else has been using his account and then changes the password, blocking you out.
