Ive just downloaded these they seem very small I will test them I thought the x.265 was supposed to be 2160p. What I'm currently doing is connecting the laptop to the tv via hdmi and playing them via vlc I'm also using netflix ultra hd / 4k account not much on it though .

    EDIT .

Ive downloaded a FW update for the built in media player in the tv and its played everything I've threw at it . I tried this

    4K_HDClub_-_2013_Taipei_101_Fireworks_Trailer_2160p_100Mbps

although it was x264 the quality was nothing short of stunning . It also played all the x265 files suggested in the thread .

I've done testing recently with x264 v x265 and found x265 to be (very) slightly inferio with regards picture quality (resolution notwisthstanding). Perhaps it is the codecs used but I wasn't impressed.

just something i forgot to mention before, remember that alot of these cheaper Android based devices will most likely not allow the upgrade to Android 5.0 Lollipop which is supposed to include a lot more features for media boxes etc.

If I get to be married to Barb I'll have total control of Sunnyvale and then I can unleash the shitnami tidal wave that will engulf Ricky and extinguish his shitflames forever. And with any luck he'll drown in the undershit of that wave. Shitwaves.
