Nike Fuelband Longshot

Ok Guys here goes,

I got a Nike fuelband a few years back as a gift it has subsequently went faulty and have been dealing with NikePLUS regarding this.
They are willing to replace it for me as long as I can provide a valid receipt for a fuelband purchased between august & early october 2013. I have looked and asked the person that got me the fuelband however there is no recipt to be had.

Here is what I am asking does anyone on here have a fuelband and a receipt for it within the time scale they have specified?
If you do would you be able to scan a copy to me or help a brother out in anyway I would appreciate it. Like I said longshot.
