My former employer went into administration and some of us are claiming for the Protective Award as we only got about 5 days notice, not 90 days.

Now there is a potentially long - very long - delay before the tribunal can get a decision due to another employer's award from before ours.

We (the ones that are claiming) now have a letter asking do we want to vote on some sort of settlement or something - but it's very confusing.

I don't think it is prudent to copy and paste anything in a public - albeit members - forum, but could do with somebody with suitable knowledge of monetary tribunal claims to have a look to tell me (and other former colleagues) of whether to vote yes or no.

Anyone?
