    Default Excel database help

    Gents,
I hope someone can help with the attached database. I've nearly sorted it for what I want it t do apart from one thing. That one thing being is that when a part number is in various DEL SEQUENCE,STOCKROOMS and MAX LEVELS I want them all to appear instead of just the first option. For example part number 1015597 has 5 DEL SEQUENCES so I would want ALL 5 to appear in cell F10.
    Hope you can understand.

    Hey,

I think you need to use CONCATENATE : https://support.office.microsoft.com...rs=en-GB&ad=GB

Failing that you might have to add a Macro.

    All done :-)

Not as easy as squizza says you need to use an INDEX array to get the results and then concatenate them together
Not got space to upload to here but you can get from this link www.kimba.me.uk/laura.rar

    Thanks to akimba

Thanks fella's can't get my head around what you've done so I need to ask if you can do the same so STCKROOMS and MAX LEVELS read all options also and not just the first.
I've looked at the new sheet and trying to get my head around it. I'll keep trying myself but i the meantime if you could look at it.

Done, I have also tidied up your sheet abit as you had Part number copied about 3 or 4 times when you only really need this once.

Download from same place I have overwritten rar file with new one ;-)

    Thanks to akimba
