Yeah the feedback looks a bit "set up"...
My guess is something on the lines of giving peeps a one month code. I assume after that time period ebay protection will have expired.

This scam was doing the rounds years ago when online gaming got huge in the mid 2000s. Like Piggzy said, after a month or 3 the eBay protection is gone and you're shit out of luck.
