Was a good film, They were both fond of young boys anyway.. Never mentioned in this film..

Watched this in the cinema just after release as the missus was desperate to see it. Had me trawling the newsgroups for weeks looking for it and ended up giving up. As we both left the cinema we agreed it was good but not great.

Thought Hardy was excellent, thought the writing was a bit weak but overall it was a decent watch. We haven't bothered to rewatch it even though there are scene releases about now so that says it all really.

Overall 5 or 6/10. Hardy 8/10

i really enjoyed it because it was showed the relationship between the brothers very well but would have liked more of their 'activities' shown in there but completely agree about hardy playing both roles so well, and when you see hardy as Reg, he could fit the part as being the new bond whenever daniel craig gives up the role

May be of interest to some of you:

A few weeks ago a cousin of mine brought me a large format negative which is the original prison mugshot of Jack 'The Hat' McVitie. Someone she knew had smuggled it out of the prison so she brought it to me to have a look at it before it was returned to the prison in case it was discovered missing. Decided to scan the negative and then invert it to create the positive. Had a look on Google images and so far this image doesn't appear to be anywhere on the net. Not surprising I suppose seeing as its been sitting in the prison archives all this time. (">
