Anyone good on Citrix XenServer?

I was contacted today by an old friend of a client and they are having problems with their Xenservers, it boils down to a data store is no longer mounted which is causing big problems as they can't run a lot of important VMs.

If anyone here has any experience with this could you message me to have a chat about it?

I suggested that and it still hasn't remounted it so think it's most likely hardware related. Although they say the status lights on the servers are ok. One did have a bad ram module which has been replaced but still no use.

We have a citrix farm for remote access with a net scaler and also for getting a fat client app to our overseas offices over our mpls.

If you give me more details and I can't help, my college deals more on the citrix front and I can ask him.
