I can't help you with the real/copies issue but I'd bet there's enough people that would refurbish them and probably closer than 40 miles away??

    Thanks to Zoots

There appears to be a lot of conflicting info on acs kit. Black lettering on spokes, markings \ numbers stamped etc. Piston Heads thread

Like Zoots says, there's plenty of refurbishers around. Move on to someone else if he can't tell you what to look for.

Try a mobile guy to come to you rather then spend the time and money going to them.

    Thanks to chizh

Belfast isn't a big city not much people around here do this . The fella I wanted to bring it to his work is amazing . Although I found some one a little closer just 10 miles outside of Belfast in Lisburn. Yes there lots of Serial number on the inside of the wheels plus they weigh an awful lot struggled to lift them into the car . Iv'e to bring them to him tomorrow we let you know.

Weigh them. A BMW tuner once told me replica Alpinas are a lot heavier than originals, so that may be true for other wheel brands too.
