Help Medion p6625 windows 10 upgrade

Hi can anyone help I am running windows 7 home premium 64bit and I am trying upgrade to windows 10 from windows update.

The whole process seems to work fine until updating the drivers and I just get a blank but lit screen.

I have tried to change the monitor from on board to external monitor.

I have also also tried to go into bios to disable the graphics card and failed as there is no such option.

Any any help in this matter is greatly appreciated

Are you installing from a boot USB/dvd and doing a fresh install?
Are you running straight from the Microsoft media creation tool?

Have you tried the 2 options

If the driver for Windows 7 is also compatible with Windows 8. You shouldn't be having these issues.

The Windows 10 Upgrade section should also mention if there are any compatibility issues with any of your current drivers. If you are already part way through the process, I reckon its just taking longer to initialise the drivers than expected.

How long are you waiting when it black screens? It could be a completely different issue in my opinion.
So long as you've backed everything up, I would restore Window 7 to factory and then reinstall Windows 10 over a clean version.
