One email address collected by 2 users (On site Exchange)

Been a while since I played with exchange server.

Client has a new website and requires the email address the form is sent to forwarded to 2 users email addresses.

I know how to forward it once, but once it's forwarded I'm under the impression it's gone from the server? POP3.

Is it possible or is it I'll just have to explain if can only land on one users account.

Setup is Server for Small Business with Exchange.

Just create a distribution list in Exchange 2010, this object will have an email address which you can set, and then add both users, they will both receive the email, you will have to enable a feature to allow the distribution list to accept external email addresses.

This will not allow them to send from/reply the same email address though.

Edit: I forgot there using POP3, so this might not work, it might be possible to create an account in their POP3 provider and associate to the distribution email address, but if that does not work, the alternative is as follows:

Create a new mailbox on exchange with the email address required, create a POP3 account and associate the 2. Now log on to the new mail box on a client with outlook and create a rule in the mailbox that forwards the mail to the other 2, make sure it is a server side rule. Further more this way you can give the 2 users permissions to send on behalf too.

Nice one. That sorted all that out and works like a charm.

Now they have been on at me to change the GPO for the Roaming profiles they have for months.

Currently set at 50Mb and requested upped to 200Mb, but I can't seem to find the bloody thing anywhere. The internet also makes searching for information on it as clear as mud.

It's also including Appdata in their profiles and programs that have opened files and created temp files and not deleting them are adding to this Profile shit.

Any clues to where its hiding? The Alert message also has a typo in it that also needs looking at.

Increasing the limit is not the solution, you don't want 200mb roaming profile jumping around on the network, you need to identify the problem areas and either move the data out and put it in another folder that is not part of the roaming profile, or edit group policy to exclude that folder from the roaming profile.

you should be able to Google the location of the setting, but you need to check what policy has the setting currently set, you don't think i can remember do you?

Setting is at:
Administrative Templates\System\User Profiles\<setting>

Exclude directories in roaming profile
Limit profile size
