Default wondering what this means in my router security logs

FIREWALL icmp check (1 of 1): Protocol: ICMP Src ip: 27.184.121.86 Dst ip: 92.28.37.190 Type: Destination Unreachable Code: Port Unreacheable
I've been going through my security logs on my technicolour router and this came up , I noticed there was things like 1 of 16 deleted rules and I'm just not too sure what it all means . I share my internet connection with 5 others so i was thinking maybe 1 of them have been adjusting the settings on it , also there is FTP port forwarding on it , is it necessary to have ports forwarded if we are using it to connect mobiles and a PS4 ?

    Thanks for your help

Src ip: 27.184.121.86 Dst ip: 92.28.37.190
That means source and destination, the first IP is trying to contact the second IP. The source IP is in China and I assume you are using TalkTalk. Looks like the Chinese IP attempted to connect or scan the ports on your router and that message says it was blocked.

No no need to port forward for mobiles to connect, shouldn't be required for the PS4 but you may need to forward some ports to open the NAT and help with matchmaking when playing online.

    Thanks to evilsatan

If you're talking about port forwarding then you specify the local IP that the port should forward to. Www.portforward.com should help you with this.
