VPN addon for Chrome

My work PC goes through a server in Switzerland and basically every website worth looking at is blocked. I don't have any admin rights but I have managed to install Chrome. Are there any addons I can use to bypass the restrictions so I can look at Youtube etc when I'm bored on a night shift? I tried Hola but it wasn't very successful.

Can't access it mate. Managed to add DotVPN but get this message...

If you use a proxy server...
Check your proxy settings or contact your network administrator to make sure the proxy server is working. If you don't believe you should be using a proxy server: Go to the Chrome menu > Settings > Show advanced settings... > Change proxy settings...> LAN Settings and deselect "Use a proxy server for your LAN".

Error code: ERR_PROXY_CONNECTION_FAILED

Only trouble is I can't access the LAN settings because they are controlled by an administrator.

Yeah, it's not the VPN that doesn't work. It's something to do with the server at work.
