Enter name of list: Charlie's Sports Channels or whatever
Select: New remote-list
Enter: http://digital-forums.com/charlie.m3u

For reference the txt file is located at C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\kodi\userdata\addon_data\plugin.video.playlistLoader\playLists.txt

Thanks, list and links work well although i had to download the list to my system as remote list didn't work, just gave blank list. When you click the www.digital-forums.com/charlie.m3u lin kit redirects via facebook so maybe thats why it wouldn't work via remote but either way its working via local so all good.

does anyone know if it will work in iptv plugin in plex i tried loading it but it was having none of it not sure if the list needs editing for plex or what as i have never used plex for iptv normally use it on my amazon tv for that but if i get the channels over plex that would be great

It should do. If the direct link won't work then save the .m3u file and put it into the resources folder of the plex plugin then put the name of the file in the settings of the plugin

So i am going to try and place this in Plex, but the m3u doesn't have any contents? Is this right?

Also it seems to have a live 'online' playlist plex's IPTV bundle requires a m3u8

The m3u8 are the links, the actual file should have the .m3u extension for it to be a playlist. The playlist should have similar lines to the below:

#EXTINF:0, Arena Sport 1 http://195.154.226.186:1935/livee/ar.../playlist.m3u8
