    Default Nikon P900

I have seen youtube clips of the Nikon P900 and really fancy one but is this a decent camera for a complete novice?

My weekends are spent on the Flyde Coast and really fancy something that can zoom out so far, is this the best for that kind of money?

I was going to buy one just for a holiday all rounder but never seen one in stock since release. Can't comment on quality though.

Well tomorrow's task is to call camera shops around Manchester to try and find one.

seems like a decent camera but I doubt the bulk created by that insane zoom reach is worth it, unless your going on safari or perving at a beach, plus at anything over 300mm 'zoom' your gonna need a tripod, and this thing reaches 2000mm!

For around 500 quid if go for a sony mirrorless.

Like I said a complete novice and I fucking love the zoom and want to nosey at shit going on out at sea and the wildlife, plus we have a static caravan at the end of BAE Warton runway and would love to get some good pictures of the typhoons with this.
