Cannot remove Adware on this at all

I am going nuts!
I installed the win 8.1 and straight away got the 10 upgrade. I have IE, Firefox, Chrome and Opera. ALL get riddled with adware, I have followed so many instructions, I have got the usual host of removal tools and scanning software like, hitmanpro, avg, spybot.

Can anyone help. The latest issue I cannot get rid of is blazer deals adds. Non of the information on line works for me. I have even followed the Windows suggestions of settings, that I noticed, despite turning off on install had defaulted to on in settings. Yet, with this and more scans, stil nothing.

Really appreciate some help and guidance on this as it is even taking up valuable visual space by putting large adds on the browser window!!!

Used both of those without success. Malware did remove masses of stuff and certain extensions asscoaited with this. But it is stil preset however now not in any list of program or seeimgly detectable. I am going to reinstall all over again.

I'm sure youve tried most things but heres my suggestion.

Run Roguekiller first, then reset your browsers.
then run AdwCleaner, HitmanPro_x64, and finally malwarebytes.

Run Combofix in safemode with networking then all the other malware checkers... I normally use malwarebytes.

Backup all your data to another drive. Wipe the fuck out the original drive, then install windows (version of your choice) from fresh.

While that is happening, put the hard drive in another computer, use a few virus scanner live CD's to check the recovered data, then scan again using non live cd versions with updated definitions.

Then copy all your data back over and you should be guaranteed to have a nice fresh computer again.
