Looked like plex and just seemed to work without all the PINA menus and shit.

I want something nice and candified, even just for freeview that works cleanly.

I only installed Kodi recently and installed Genesis seeing as people were raving about it and have found the same thing: Links down, too much buffering etc. Haven't bothered again.

buffering usually down to broadband speed. if it buffers at 1080p try 720. Also run the box through a cable and not wifi. The new genesis has no download option, but I never had to use this facility as I have good tinternet speeds.

I love Genesis, but Phoenix just has the edge as its an all in 1 set of apps that have everything genesis has and a lot more including sly m0vies, BT sp0rts, etc etc.

I have left the default skin on which is used by isengard 15.2. there is an option on the left hand side if you move the curser which can change the layout. I use the tiles as its looks more professional than scrolling through a list
