    I think you're overspending for the sake of it personally.

    If you're insisting on Intel chipset, don't go for an i7, stick to i5.

    I built a rig last year for 500 quid which plays everything I've tried. You'll never future proof a pc, you'd be better getting a decent spec instead of top spec, then upgrade as and when required.

    Not an Intel/nvidia user, their products whilst performing well in benchmarks don't convince me on the bang to buck factor.

    You'd be amazed how much your price drops if you switch with very little noticeable difference.
