Samsung Galaxy phone

Anyone got one tucked away in a drawer that you don't use since your last upgrade ??
I'm after a very cheap & unlocked Samsung smartphone - either full size or mini - prefer S2, S3 or S4, but will look at any other options. Don't really need the charger or any other accessories. It is only for holiday use with a foreign sim, so will only be used for @ 3 weeks of the year so don't want anything too expensive.
