Help Spanned Drives. Salvage current Data?

    Evening lads.

Had a bit of a mare with my system today.

I've discovered 2 of my 2TB Hard drives have become flakey and they are part of a spanned drive.
Most of the Data still seems accessible and the spanned drive still loads.

I have 5TB's of Data I want to save.

    The spanned drive is 12TB's.

Is there a way I can shrink the drive, making sure not to use the 2 drives marked as bad to the point they are unallocated so I can pull them from the Span?

I would be very surprised if Microsoft built such functions to allow you to do that with their wannabe raid technology.

Your best plugging a USB drive (s) coping the data off and rebuild the span drive without faulty drives.

Personally I would not use spanned drives, either use the soft raid on the motherboard in raid 0 or just leave them as standalone drives and add multiple paths to your plex libraries so it looks like a single store for tv and movies.
