xbox one region games

Hi all its been a while since ive logged in here and wondering if anyone has or know how to buy xbox one games digital from other regions. I havent got a clue any help is much appreciated.
games im trying to buy are plants vs zombies 2 delux £64 if buying from columbia store its £32 or just a little over.
and the other game is far cry primal apex uk £57 argentina store £29.

I've never had an issue downloading from Russian store. Don't know if it's the same for the countries you mentioned.

Got sorted was talking about it today and some lad over herd said it was easy shown me how to do most of it on his phone, so tried when i got home from work and worked a treat, thinking of cancelling my pre order of the division i paid £70+ and its £32 on another region dont know how cancelling works with ms any body cancelled a pre order with them.
