Server Update: Lost all SAB, Sonarr & CouchPotato Settings :/ Help Please

Hi Guys,

Please can one of you kind souls upload screenshots of your setups instructions please as I cannot get Sonarr/CP's movers to work properly. I've probably missed one tick box or something equal ridiculous!

my Sonarr and Headphones were working well but CP sent nothing for months, then all of a sudden yesterday 5 movies, weird, I am happy for you to look at mine through teamviewer or similar.

Indexer issues.
Check your APIs and there limits. It might be hammering them.

I have several indexers and also my main News provider + 2 x block providers :-)

I mean a search for 1 episode.

IE S01E01 is generating hits for the entire series and returning results for E02, E03, E04 and might be costing an API call for each.

Meaning 1 search may return 50 episodes this maxing out your API. Hence nothing else gets found.

May not be the case, just thinking out loud.

I have finally got CouchPotato working but:

couchpotato is moving the films correctly now and is renaming them but instead of this:


Film Name (2015).mkv


It's renaming them as this:


Film Name2015 - It is removing the file extension

Sonarr has wiped 95% of my TV collection some how.

Update: Bollocks I put my collection in the Recycling Bin Option - What a tit!

CP is downloading but not moving all files and Sonarr is downloading but not moving or renaming anything :'(

Any ideas anyone?

Your setup, being on UNRaid is very different to mine (on mainly Windows).
I would try eradicating all permission issues by specifying 777 wherever you can. Not necessarily secure, but how secure does a TV Show/Movie Media need to be?

wow, I very nearly changed to Unraid6 but lack of brain power prevented , I am still with Xpenology and mine is now all working correctly (since last week).

UnRAID 6 works great until you start messing with it at stupid o'clock!

CP - SAB = Is defiantly working now although SAB is kicking out errors every now and then.

Can someone be a gent and upload screenshots of there Sonarr settings please? Along with confirming what the Drone Factory is for please

Drone Factory is the watch folder for Sonarr. Anything ending up in that folder will be catalogued and removed from it and put in the right location via Sonarr.

I'm out at the moment and not sure what time I'll be home, but I'll screenshot anything you need.

Most settings are pretty straight forward though TBF.

Right, in UnRAID you must have and use the Drone Factory settings although others say otherwise. I will write a screenshot guide
