    Default foxsat-hdr 500 digital freeview box

    hi my bt contract is up for renewal next month and i still have my leads coming from my sat dish

    today i picked up a foxsat-hdr 500 off gumtree brand new for 10 pounds.I know these boxes are a bit old and used to be quite popular as custom firmware was available

    anybody still using one?

    I have and still use it ! paid about £200 brand new for it a couple of Years a go, so you got a good deal there for a tenner. I use mine mainly for recording various series and one offs ! otherwise I just view via terrestrial freeview built into tv.
