Default Simple website for hosting my PPT files

Not sure if this is the right section for this (lost count of the number of times I've started a post with that)...

As some of you know, I are a teecher in China and we use interactive whiteboards for our classes, which opens up the possibility of using any windows based software.
Due to this, I have been teaching myself ppt for the last few years and think I've got a reasonable level of skill when it comes to creating interactive games and so on for my classes.

Now I've been making up the ppts for a while, a lot of the time without ever needing to use them, just getting an idea and wanting to see if I could make it work in ppt but it would be cool if I could share them somewhere and possibly get feedback and maybe even some revenue through adverting banners or whatever works these days.

What are my options? I really dont want to have to learn any kind of website coding, I just want a simple blog style thing that can be a database for the ppt files. Problem is that most blog hosts are blocked here, so I'd need to know what options I have and see if they work here before progressing.

Wordpress hosted sites might be a problem but I would imagine you could get cheap hosting out there. Most hosting companies have a method of automatically installing Wordpress for you so there's no real tech knowledge even needed!

I looked into it but too may issues with pages being blocked, it seems the whole concept of the public freely adding files or even posts to a blog style site is frowned upon here, especially sites operating in english, or originating in western countries.

There are a few ESL specific sites that will host my files, not ideal but I may go that route.
