A full reset is normally done by putting a cocktail stick or similar in the A/V socket in the back of the box. There's a button on there that you will feel as you press it

Just use enough water to cover your vegetables, the same goes for when you're having a bath....
beside this stick, there no way to do it, it not my box, assume they have to return it
As above, this works on most boxes.
Why flash google tv ?
if you can get back to the android screen
goto settings
look at the bottom for the factory backup/reset
do the restore from there
Hi Mickey, I might have not explained correctly, switching the box on the screen it goes straight to Google TV which is flashing on and off, I can't get into the main setting that why I was asking if there is away to do this I thought there might have being a reset button, to me if I can't get into full setting the box is no good
Pressed the reset button still nothing happens

You need to hold the switch in while connecting the power to get into the settings just pressing the switch does nothing
