Default Connecting to car stereo via bluetooth

I want to listen to music in my van stereo through my android phone but unfortunately it only has a CD player. I saw something on HDUk a while back about a device that allows me to pair my android phone to a car stereo via bluetooth.

Are these any good and which one do you recommend?

I got a hands free kit, but you need a line in to connect to stereo, ( stereo jack) this is a ford transit.

I have one that plugs in your lighter socket and has bluetooth to pair your phone. Then you just select a frequency and tune the radio to it and voila. Also works as a hands free kit. You can get them in Halfords. Works pretty well.

I bought one from Gearbest but at times it's crackly as fuck. I think I might invest in a decent stereo that I connect to my phone directly via bluetooth. I know it's only a van but I spend a couple of hours a day on the phone when I'm out and about.
