Well what a film really enjoyed it bar for the last 5/10 mins for those who've seen it you know what I mean but all in all got to give it 7/10 😊

I watched this the other week and thought it was pretty good.

Spoiler:

Went ridiulous, but I guess it had to tie into the franchise maybe? Throwing "up" a petrol bomb in to a space ship while being lifted in a car was stupid. Could have been just as good just making the gas flammable and shoot up that way...

Tried to do too much in the last chapter.

Even the woman proved far too resourceful too quick, when she was a bit lame earlier.

Did JJ abrams do this? More and more I notice his stuff ends up going to far and becoming ridiculous. Current season of Person Of Interest as an example...

Goodman acted part well I thought, but only a 6/10 from me.

Wasn't a very good film for me unfortunately. I really liked the original Cloverfield and this film had nothing in relation to it.

It was great to see John Goodman in his role though, I'd really like to see more of him in other stuff.

I wanted to like the original Cloverfield but just couldn't get into it. So I guess I better give this a miss.

I did keep wondering if I should watch Cloverfield again. Sometimes if you are not in the right mood you find something shit only to rewatch and love it imho

You should give this a go. It has bugger all to do with the original Cloverfield. I'm pretty sure I read that it wasn't even written as a sequel and developed into a sequel later.

I liked Cloverfield, and i like this one too, John Goodman was excellent, shame the ending was shite.

Hi I loved this movie and did not mind the ending at all! I thought the acting was really good and believable to and just had me gripped really. Elena xx
