Free up held my held Paypal funds

Anyone any tips or quicker ways to free up paypal funds . I sold a lot of gear on ebay but they have put a hold on some of my funds . I wouldn't mind if it was the odd £20 buts its 700 quid it says I've to wait 21 days for them to free it Is there anyway around it I havent sold much on much on ebay thats the first in years .

eBay changes the rules all the time but I'm sure it used to release held funds if the buyer leaves feedback.
I may be wrong or it may have changed, I don't use eBay much myself these days but it's worth looking into.

Got feed back still can't access the funds . Suppose I may just suck it up and ride it out.

I think they also say that posting a tracking number on eBay can help speed up release of funds, but I thought once you had received good feedback funds were released.

Saying that, I do remember one time I had funds released into my paypal and went to purchase a laptop on xmas eve as a present using paypal to pay. Money was there when I left my house, an hour and a half later, paypal decided to block the payment even though they had released it when I got good feedback.

I think if you use them a lot they tend to trust you whilst if you barely use them they treat everyone with great suspicion.
