ZGemma h2s remote streaming authentication

Hopefully someone here can help me with this.

I've got a zgemma h2s, I've set everything up for remote streaming, works perfectly but I want to add authentication to it.
I've set the setting to use authentication but have absolutely no idea what the username and password is, also I'd like to be able to change them.

My web searches aren't bringing up much, some say to log in via ssh and set a password. Some say that there are two different passwords, one for access, one for streaming.

If anyone has any experience with this any help would be appreciated. Cheers!

EDIT: I'm using a sucmnsee image. When I FTP into the box it connects just with the username as root, so assuming there's no password on it.

EDIT2: Changed my password using the following

Download Putty telnet
Open Putty
Type in box IP & select telnet
Type in your username: root 
Type passwd 
Enter your new password 
Confirm your new password
Exit

Now asks for password when connecting and works, not overly sure how secure it actually is.
