Default No Win No Fee Solicitors? Any recommendations?

Morning all, I tripped over a large fault on a pathway in a kids park a couple of days ago. I've got a fractured wrist and bent and smashed up my iPhone.

I'm going to pursue a claim against the council to try and get some money towards a replacement phone.

Had a quick look on google at no win no fee solicitors and it appears to be a minefield. Does anyone have any recommendations?

    Cheers,

    Devs.

As your not VIP you wont really get much help
We have a very good set of legals heads in the VIP sections that help out a lot of members.

The only advice I can give is to use a well established solicitor as its a lottery out there.

I work as an accident officer for a local council so I know all about making a claim and using
the no win ones never have what it takes to win a claim or can take forever to get the claim to an outcome

The solicitors that are more aggressive and get claims completed successfully are emsleys, based in Leeds.
When I know I got one of their claims I have to go that extra yard to make sure I have all the information as they are keen
