no i found it without a sim tray in there so i reckon someone has already removed it thats what i am saying, so i dont think it is lost i think its stolen. would this be so it can be tracked? I dont live near an apple shop but when i next go to the shopping centre ill take it there,

Here's an idea the owner could have been mugged and badly beaten up and is in hospital and the police are trying to track the phone as it's the only avenue to go down atm and here you are sitting on it?
