    or for much cheaper Asus below which does all the draytek does apart from the two lines and load balancing thing.

    Don't always believe the checkers. Sometimes they can be a complete crock of shit. It's rare, but it happens.

    Other than that though, I can't really grumble about BT. But their call centres are atrocious. Luckily, you don't have to call them that often or just use the forums like I did above.

    I'm sure you'll be on the ball for this but TopCashback etc give good amounts for BT packages.

    Used to be with BT and they were reasonable although the HH3 was rather limited. I've switched to SSE for much the same service for a little less each month. I've also got the Asus router mentioned above and it does a fine job.
