Default Zgemma and BT home hub problems, any ideas?

So I've sorted a Zgemma out for a chap at work all working fine at my place with his Ethernet home plugs or direct via cable. However on him plugging it in at his place with the same plugs/cable he's only getting FTA.
He has a BT home hub 4 where as mine is on Virgin.
I've looked into the smart setup and told him to disable it.
Any other things that could be the problem??
    Cheers

I'm not at his so can't check although he's shown me a screen grab an it says nothing connected via Ethernet.

I'm now thinking it maybe could be DHCP. I'll get him to check tomorrow

If he is using the homeplugs get him to rule them out by running a cable direct to the box to test. A friend of mine rang me in a panic saying nothing is working. His mrs had unplugged the main one when she was hoovering.

It's Deffo gonna be the dhcp. On returning home from work this evening I remembered it was set to off at my house and I forgot to enable it again before I packed it up and have it to him.

Yes mate. It was my drop off. I had turned the dhcp off at my place while setting up to test something and I forgot to put it back on
