Open vpn wifi router for slick vpn

My folks need a wifi router in portugal to watch bbc.
They have a 12mnth sub to slickvpn which works really well but they need to connect the now tv box to a wifi connection with uk ip.

I have already purchased a dlink router with ddwrt but it doesn't support open vpn
So does anyone have a router that is able to use slick vpn's open vpn connection?

You should be able to install OpenVPN on a router with dd-wrt firmware:

It may need to be a Linksys one though, but to be honest I've never used anything but for dd-wrt

There are a few of these kind of aftermarket firmware for various domestic routers which add a heap of functionality.

I used DD-WRT few times, others include Open-WRT and Tomato.

Depends on the router but also look at Tomato firmware. Many routers supported and OpenVPn available on some

Looking at tomato there is only a few makes that are supported.
I have loads of routers here and not one supported LOL

I gave my old asus router away on here some time ago, think it was Deja to help with all the stunning stuff he was doing, I will have a look in the bat cave later and see if I have anything else.
